-a personal learning network is a blog created to build a learning base and you use it to socialize with others to complete assignments. it also teaches you how to asses and validate information from other sites to gain its credibility.
Why do people create Personal Learning Networks?
-so that they can help criticize and gain enough knowledge for certain subjects.
